lyrics

Dà sholas fhann
'S iad fada bhuam air fàire
Tha iad meata is mùirneach
Na brisibh, na brisibh
Mi sainnsearachd riutha
Mo stòr 's mo chridhe

Dà dhìthean bhrèagha
Gam bheathachadh, gam neartachadh
An gliocas gam fhàgail iriosal
Na crìonaibh, na crìonaibh
Mi guidhe riutha
Mo stòr 's mo chridhe

Dà sheud phrìseil
Deàlrach is iongantach
Gu socair dhan dùsgadh à suain
Na cnàmhaibh, na cnàmhaibh
Mi glaodh riutha
Mo stòr 's mo chridhe

Two tiny lights
Out of reach on the horizon
So fragile, so cherished
Don’t break, don’t break
I whisper to them
My little treasures, my heart

Two beautiful flowers
Nourishing me, enriching me
Their wisdom humbling me
Don’t wither, don't wither
I plead with them
My little treasures, my heart

Two precious jewels
Radiant and wonderful
Carefully take them from their bed
Don’t shatter, don't shatter
I cry to them
My little treasures, my heart
